مادة 1: يحدد عدد معقبي المعاملات , في مصلحة تسجيل السيارات وفي اقسامها في المحافظات كما يلي: 25 خمسة وعشرون في الدوائر المركزية, الدكوانه 5 خمسة في كل من اقسام, طرابلس , صيدا, وزحله.

مادة 1: يعدل عدد معقبي المعاملات في مصلحة تسجيل السيارات والاليات - الدوائر المركزية - وفي قسم طرابلس , المحدد بمقتضى المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 262/اد تاريخ 12/7/1966 كما يلي: 35 خمسة وثلاثون في الدوائر المركزية - الدكوانة 10 عشرة في قسم طرابلس . والباقي دون تعديل.
