بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على القرار رقم 22 تاريخ

12/02/2002 (الترخيص باصدار مطبوعة "داي اند نايت"),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد جميل محمد الخنسا والمسجل تحت رقم 4312 تاريخ

21/10/2003 (طلب ابدال اسم المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة "داي اند نايت" الشهرية, غير السياسية, ليصبح "جويل تايم JEWEL TIME".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
