ان المجلس الاعلى للجمارك,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 123 تاريخ

12 حزيران 1959 (الاحكام الخاصة بوزارة

المالية-ادارة الجمارك),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4461 تاريخ 15 كانون

الاول 2000 (قانون الجمارك) ولا سيما

المادة 289 منه,

وبعد استطلاع رأي مدير الجمارك العام

(كتابه رقم 12044/2002 تاريخ 25 ايلول

2002),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل الفقرتان الثانية والثالثة من المادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 316/2002, بإضافة عبارة "أو ريعية" بعد كلمة "باهظة".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
