المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القراران رقم 527 تاريخ 13/8/1957 ورقم 894 تاريخ 5 كانون الاول 1957 المتعلقان بالروزنامة الزراعية للاسباب المبينة اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع استيراد وتصدير المنتوجات الزراعية الى اجازة مسبقة يعطيها وزير الزراعة, بناء على اقتراح المصالح المختصة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
