المادة 1

مادة 1: يضاف الى لائحة الامراض الحيوانية السارية مرض البسيتاكوز في البيغاء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يمنع منعا باتا دخول الطيور المصابة بمرض البسيتاكوز الى لبنان.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يحق لرئيس قسم الطب البيطري ان يأخذ جميع التدابير التي يراها ضرورية لمكافحة- هذا المرض
