ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد ملاكها),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 31 تاريخ 18/01/1955

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة) لا سيما المادة الثانية منه,

ونظرا لتوفر الانتاج المحلي من الموز والبيض - وضرورة

تصريف انتاجه وتشجيع تصديره,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يسمح بتصدير الموز والبيض بدون اذن او اجازة مسبقة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: - يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم ويعمل به فور صدوره.
