يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية النخلة ـ قضاء الكورة ـ محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للأسباب المبينة أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف قائمقام الكورة بأعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
