ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد ادريس علي الصالح

والمسجل تحت رقم 1021 تاريخ 04/04/2005 (طلب

الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد إدريس علي الصالح, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية, باسم "روتانا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتحمل الصحافي عصام فارس شلهوب مسؤولية المطبوعة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
