بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة...),

بناء على القرار رقم 196/1 تاريخ 26/07/2004

المتعلق بوقف تصدير ومواد علفية اولية,

بناء على ضرورات المصلحة العامة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 196/1 تاريخ 26/7/2004 المتعلق بوقف تصدير المواد العلفية الأولية بكافة مفاعيله القانونية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يسمح بتصدير جميع الأعلاف: الأولية, المالئة والخضراء, كما يسمح بتصدير وإعادة تصدير الأعلاف المركزة المنتجة محليا أو المستوردة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم ويعمل به فور توقيعه.
