ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الانسة ماريا هاني العموري المعلوف والمسجل تحت رقم 4629 تاريخ 12/11/2003 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح الانسة ماريا هاني العموري المعلوف, اللبنانية الجنسية, ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية باسم "مرآة الخليج" تتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافية الين ميشال عيزراني حلاق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
