مادة 1: يمنح السيد شفيق محمد الموسوي, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر في بيروت باسم "دار الأسرة للطباعة والنشر" يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
