بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ

09/09/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة

ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي),

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد

ميشال اسكندر خوري المتضمن طلب نقل اسمه في

جدول الخبراء من فرع التخمين محافظة بيروت

الى فرع الشؤون المالية في المحافظة المذكورة,

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ

08/01/2004,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينقل الخبير السيد ميشال إسكندر خوري من فرع التخمين محافظة بيروت إلى فرع الشؤون المالية في المحافظة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
