يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصادر ويمنع ادخال وتوزيع نسخ كتاب "The Book of Mormom" لتضمنه مغالطات لاهوتية تشوه حقيقة الايمان المسيحي, وكتاب "The Trouble With Islam" بسبب اساءته إلى الديانة الإسلامية والقرآن الكريم.

مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة الأولى من القرار رقم 726 تاريخ18/10/ 2004 بحيث يسمح بإدخال وتوزيع نسخ كتاب "THE BOOK OF MORMON".
