بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962 ولا سيما المادة 50 منه

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصادر ويمنع ادخال وتوزيع كتاب "THE DA VINCI CODE" وكتاب "THE HOLY BLOOD " THE HOLY GRAIL" لتضمنهما معلومات مغلوطة عن الكنيسة ومؤسساتها ومغالطات عقائدية من شأنها أن تسيء إلى الدين المسيحي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
