ان وزير المالية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004 (تأليف الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 1959/6/12 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل) ولا سيما المواد 21 و22 و23 منه,

بناء على محضر اللجنة المؤلفة بموجب القرار رقم 1/148 تاريخ 12/02/2000,

وبناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تحدد المعدلات الواجب تطبيقها على واردات المهن الصناعية والتجارية وغير التجارية لاستخراج الربح الصافي المقطوع وفقا لما يلي:

المادة 2

يعمل بالمعدلات الواردة في هذا القرار اعتبارا من أعمال سنة 2005 .

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
