ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/05/2005،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات) لا سيما المادة 23 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية دير كيفا ـ قضاء صور ـ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للأسباب المبينة أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف قائمقام صور بأعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
