ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/04/2005،

بناء على اعلان وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 215 /4/ ص تاريخ 23/06/2005،

بناء على المادتين 23 و 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية برقا ـ قضاء بعلبك في محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام بعلبك أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
