إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 305/ص تاريخ 27/9/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية كفرسلوان ـ قضاء بعبدا في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تتولى السيدة نهلا حسيكي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
