إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، ولا سيما المادة 181 فقرتها الثانية منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 8949 تاريخ 13/1/2005 القاضي بنشر لائحة المؤسسات المالية لعام 2005،

وبناء على عقد التأسيس لشركة اميكس (الشرق الأوسط) ش.م.ب.م. المعدل بتاريخ 18/10/2004،

وبناء على كتاب وكيل الشركة المعنية تاريخ 19/8/2005 المتضمن طلب تعديل اسمها على لائحة المؤسسات المالية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل تسمية «شركة اميكس (الشرق الأوسط) ش.م.ب.م.» المسجلة على لائحة المؤسسات المالية تحت رقم 39 بحيث تصبح «اميكس (الشرق الأوسط) ش.م.ب. (مقفلة)».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
