إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين العضو الاختياري السيد حسين سالم سيف الدين مواليد العام 1931 رقم سجله (114) ينطا ـ قضاء راشيا ـ محافظة البقاع، كونه العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا، بديلا عن المختار المستقيل السيد عفيف يوسف سلامه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
