إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على إحالة القاضي العقاري في محافظة الشمال المؤرخة في 24/7/2007،

بناء على إيداع محافظ الشمال رقم 3044/إ/2007 تاريخ 6/8/2007 ورقم 3044/إ/2007 تاريخ 1/12/2007،

وبناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف مختار زغرتغرين ـ قضاء المنية الضنية السيد حنا بطرس بطرس القيام بمتابعة شؤون سكان مزرعة حواكير ـ قضاء المنية ـ الضنية ـ محافظة الشمال.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
