إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1007515 تاريخ 20/11/2007 باسم «الشبكة العربية للأبحاث والنشر»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد ربيع حسن كسروان، والمسجل تحت رقم 585 تاريخ 11/3/2008 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد ربيع حسن كسروان، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «الشبكة العربية للأبحاث والنشر» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
