إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2009839 تاريخ 21/3/2007 باسم «شركة دار المختار ش.م.م.» ممثلة بشخص كل من السيدتين موندا عبود عبود ومرسيل عبود عبود وهما توقعان بالاتحاد والانفراد،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 480 تاريخ 29/2/2008 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح «شركة دار المختار ش.م.م.» ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «دار المختار» تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة مرسيل عبود عبود.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
