إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2011771 تاريخ 17/1/2008 باسم «المركز الدولي للدراسات التربوية والتدريب»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد هيثم وهيب أمهز، والمسجل تحت رقم 933 تاريخ 21/4/2008 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد هيثم وهيب أمهز، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «المركز الدولي للدراسات التربوية والتدريب» يتحمل مسؤوليته بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
