إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة 16 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9817 تاريخ 15/1/2008 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2008،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 3/5/08 تاريخ 11/11/2008،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة نبيل عطية للصيرفة وشركاه» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 71.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
