إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية المؤرخ في 27/11/1947 والمعدل بالقانون رقم 13 تاريخ 23/2/1999 سيما المادة (15) منه،

بناء على إحالة محافظ النبطية رقم 217 تاريخ 28/1/2009،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعين العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا السيد حسن حسين عليان مواليد 1956 رقم السجل (52) قلاوية ـ قضاء بنت جبيل ـ محافظة النبطية مختارا بديلا عن المختار المستقيل السيد إبراهيم حسن عليان لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
