ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة HSBC BANK MIDDLE EAST LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 22/6/1946، تحت رقم 125 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/2/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1433/2009، بأنه تقرر، بموجب محضر مجلس إدارة المصرف المنعقد بتاريخ 14/11/2008، زيادة رأسمال فرع البنك في لبنان بمبلغ مليار وخمسمائة مليون ليرة لبنانية، ليصبح اثني عشر مليارا وخمسمائة مليون ليرة لبنانية، عن طريق تحويل الزيادة من حساب الاحتياطات. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
