ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008،

بناء على القانون رقم 25 تاريخ 8/10/2008 قانون الانتخابات النيابية لا سيما المادة 78 منه وتعديله بالقانون رقم 59 تاريخ 27/12/2008،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1116 تاريخ 31/12/2008 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تقسم وتحدد مراكز أقلام الاقتراع لدائرة قضاءي بعلبك والهرمل الى /435/ قلم اقتراع، لانتخاب عشرة نواب، 2 سني، 6 شيعي، 1 ماروني، 1 روم كاثوليك وذلك على الوجه الآتي:
