ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على ايداع محافظة جبل لبنان رقم 1172/ب تاريخ 11/8/2009،

بناء على مطالعة المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين رقم 7137/4 تاريخ 8/9/2009،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا السيد مصطفى حسين عمرو مواليد 1954 رقم سجله (12) - قضاء كسروان - محافظة جبل لبنان، مختارا لبلدة المعيصرة - قضاء كسروان، وذلك بديلا عن المختار المتوفي المدعو غازي نجيب عمرو.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
