ان وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الاجراءات الضريبية) الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ اعتبارا من 1/1/2009، لا سيما المادة الخامسة منه التي الزمت وزير المالية والادارة الضريبية بنشر القرارات والنصوص التطبيقية في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:
