ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 97/83 وتعديلاته، (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة…)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة)،

بناء على القانون الصادر بمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة لا سيما المادة الثانية منه)،

بناء على القرار رقم 2/1 تاريخ 8/1/2009 (منع تصدير جفت الزيتون)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الزراعة بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يسمح بتصدير جفت الزيتون ابتداء من 1 آذار 2010، ولغاية 30 نيسان 2010 ضمنا، ويمنع تصديره خارج هذه الفترة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
