ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على ايداع محافظة جبل لبنان رقم 15/ب تاريخ 19/1/2010،

بناء على مطالعة المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين رقم 1794/4 تاريخ 28/1/2010،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا السيد بطرس وهبه مواليد 1955 رقم سجله (72) - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان، مختارا لبلدة كفرشيما - قضاء بعبدا، وذلك بديلا عن المختار المتوفي المدعو جوزيف الياس بربور.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
