ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947،

بناء على ايداع محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 875/ب تاريخ 2/6/2010،

وبناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف مختار بلدة قتاله السيد طانيوس نعمه بو حيدر القيام بمهام مختارية بلدة ديرخونه وتلتيته - قضاء بعبدا حتى انتخاب مختارية للبلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
