ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة جينا اليكس جبرائيل والمسجل تحت رقم 1308 تاريخ 11/5/2010 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة جينا اليكس جبرائيل، ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة شهرية، غير سياسية، باللغة الانكليزية باسم "RAGMAG" يتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافي جورج توفيق يرق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
