ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 324/م تاريخ 5/6/2010 ،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية البيسارية - صيدا - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية البيسارية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
