ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 63 تاريخ 5/5/2010 القاضي بتأجيل الانتخابات البلدية والاختيارية في بلدتي تعنايل والمريجات -قضاء زحله.

بناء على المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ضرورات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف محافظ البقاع القيام بأعمال بلدية تعنايل وبلدية المريجات - قضاء زحله حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد لكل منهما.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار ويعمل به فور نشره.
