ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 63 تاريخ 5/5/2010 القاضي بتأجيل الانتخابات الاختيارية في بلدة تعنايل - قضاء زحلة،

بناء على طلب المختار السابق السيد جوزف شربل المنتخب في العام 2004 الاستمرار بعمله كمختار لبلدة تعنايل حرصا على مصلحة المواطنين،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف السيد جوزف شربل القيام بمهام مختارية بلدة تعنايل - قضاء زحلة لحين انتخاب مختار جديد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويعمل به فور نشره.
