إن وزير الصناعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4517 تاريخ 13/12/1972 (النظام العام للموظفين) لا سيما المادة 24 منه،

بناء على القانون رقم 642 تاريخ 2/6/1997 (احداث وزارة الصناعة)،

بناء على القانون الصادر في 23/7/1962 (إنشاء هيئة تدعى مؤسسة المقاييس والمواصفات اللبنانية)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الصناعة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد جرجي الخوري، رئيس مصلحة الدراسات الاقتصادية والإنماء الصناعي (رقمه المالي 78) مفوضا للحكومة لدى مؤسسة المقاييس والمواصفات اللبنانية.

المادة 2

يلغى كل قرار مخالف لأحكام هذا القرار.

المادة 3

يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
