إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظة البقاع رقم 3355 تاريخ 24/9/2010،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يكلف قائمقام بعلبك القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حوش النبي ـ قضاء بعلبك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.
