- في التعديل - إن شركة مصرف بغداد (مساهمة خاصة) المسجلة بتاريخ 3/6/2010، تحت رقم 2553 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 10/2/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجّل لدينا بالرقم 2076/2011، بانها قررت، بموجب محضر جلسة لمجلس الادارة المنعقد بتاريخ 2/9/2010، منح السيد عبد الجليل النحاس، بصفته مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان، كافة الصلاحيات المالية والادارية والقانونية اللازمة لادارة الفرع المذكور وتمثيله، وله بصورة خاصة الصلاحيات المحددة على سبيل البيان لا الحصر في المحضر المذكور. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
