المادة 1

- في التعديل - إن شركة بنك صادرات إيران Bank Saderat Iran، المسجلة بتاريخ 15/1/1963، تحت رقم 366 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/3/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4537/2011، بأنها قرّرت، بموجب اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد في 13/6/2010 رفع رأس المال المخصص لفروعه العاملة في لبنان من /13.000.000.000/ ل.ل. الى /20.000.000.000/ ل.ل. كما سُمح للسيد محمد رضا استيلي ممثل البنك والمشرف على فروع لبنان لزيادة رأس المال قانونيا. إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
