- في التعديل - إن شركة ALSTOM Grid SAS، المسجلة بتاريخ 19/8/2006، تحت رقم 2395 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/4/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5419/2011، بأنها قد منحت سند توكيل مؤرخ في 24/2/2011 الى السيد Jerome BARTHE،والسيد Nicolas DUFOUR، للتصرف بالاتحاد وبالانفراد لادارة نشاطات فرع الشركة في لبنان بالنيابة عن الشركة، علما أنهما يتمتعان بصلاحية تفويض الصلاحيات المنوطة بهما، والمشار اليها في سند التوكيل المذكور، للسيد Philippe MARTINET وللسيد Olivier GUICHARD؛ تنتهي صلاحية هذا السند في 31/12/2011 . إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
