- في التعديل- إن شركة Water and Sanitation Services South Africa (Proprietary) Limited WSSA)، المسجلة بتاريخ 4/12/2008، تحت رقم 2485 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/4/2011، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5211/2011 ،بأنها قد قرّرت، بناء لاجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد في 28/1/2011، إغلاق فرعها في لبنان، وتفويض مدقق الحسابات المحلي لديها السيد حبيب البستاني يساعده محامي الشركة المحلي الأستاذ هاشم بولس من أجل اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات المتعلقة بإغلاق هذا الفرع. إشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
