ان وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير المهندس السيد معين حسين سمحات، المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة بيروت،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى تاريخ 14/7/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه اسم المهندس السيد معين حسين سمحات من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2
