إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 المعدل بالمرسوم رقم 5868 تاريخ 18/7/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على قرار وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 1882 تاريخ 16/11/2011، القاضي بإنشاء بلدية جديدة تسمى «بلدية ضهر القنبر» في قضاء عكار محافظة لبنان الشمالي،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف قائمقام عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية «ضهر القنبر» - قضاء عكار - محافظة لبنان الشمالي حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
