بناءً على كلّ ما تقدّم، تطلب الهيئة المنظمة للاتصالات من جميع محطات البث المرئي والمسموع ومن أية مؤسسات إعلامية فضائية أو إخبارية تستخدم وصلات أرضية في الخدمة اللاسلكية الثابتة الدائم منها والمؤقت (تغطية حدث مباشر) التقيّد بأحكام التعميم رقم 3/2009، كما والتفضّل بتقديم طلبات تخصيص ترددات على أي من الوصلات المنوي استحداثها إلى الهيئة المنظمة للاتصالات والحصول على موافقتها المسبقة تلافياً لارتكاب أية مخالفة قانونية، علماً بأنه يمكن لهذه المحطات والمؤسسات اعتماد وسائل أخرى غير مبنية على استخدام الترددات.
