إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)، بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الاجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 31/1/2012 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد الضريبة وتقديم البيانات العائدة للفصل الرابع من سنة 2011 المتعلقة بضريبة الرواتب والأجور.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
