إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المادة الأولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على محضري مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 685 تاريخ 8/12/2011 ورقم 687 تاريخ 27/12/2011 وكتاب رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى بالإنابة رقم 2/ص ق تاريخ 4/01/2012،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: صدّق ملحق جدول الخبراء المرفق بمحضري مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 685 تاريخ 8/12/2011 ورقم 687 تاريخ 27/12/2011 المتضمنين أسماء الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي في جميع المحافظات.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
