ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، المعدل بالمرسوم رقم 5868 تاريخ 18/7/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2812/4 تاريخ 7/1/2012،

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عيّن السيد محمد فيصل ياغي - كونه اول الخاسرين في حي الريش الشرقي في مدينة بعلبك - مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد حسين محمد الدبس، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
