ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي بالحلول رقم 1837/م تاريخ 5/4/2012،

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد عبد الكريم عز الدين كرجية باعتباره اول الخاسرين في حي السبيل - مدينة صيدا، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد يوسف حسن الزعتري وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
